About me…

I have been a registered nurse for 22 years now. I moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2007 and have worked on the same unit at St. Vincent’s Southside ever since, 10 of those years as a labor and delivery nurse, and now 10 years as an IBCLC, and I also run a breastfeeding support group there. I love working with new mothers, teaching, supporting, and empowering moms to achieve their goals! I feel my experience has prepared me to now help you at home in your own nurturing environment throughout your breastfeeding journey.

I am a mother of 2, have successfully breastfed them both, and have worked through my own challenges and difficulties, including returning to work. I know the hard work and time it takes to get and maintain milk supply, and how important the support of a compassionate and knowledgeable lactation consultant can help make a big difference.

You are not alone in breastfeeding through your pain, exhaustion, and trying to figure it all out, especially with all the information you can find online! Breastfeeding has been around as long as mankind has been alive, it is a technique that you can master, and sometimes help is needed!

Feeding your baby should be a bonding relationship that you look back on with fond memories! I have helped thousands of mothers over the years, and hope that I can help you meet your breastfeeding goal!

I look forward to working with you! Every drop and every latch matters!
