During the first consultation, we will review your feeding goals, medical history, medications, feeding pattern, infant output, review your pump and flange size, and assess breastfeeding. This can involve breast assessment, infant transfer weight, and assessment of any infant mouth restrictions, and tracking infant’s growth. We will work together to address any issues and make a feeding plan that works for you.
